Election Resource

As we kick off the new year, we also kick off an election cycle.  Accordingly, my colleagues in Public Affairs at Fleishman Hillard put together a handy little tool providing an overview of the election 2008 that I wanted to share with you.  If you subscribe to Eye on FDA, you will have to visit the home page of the site and go down the left column of the home page until you see 2008 Election Guide.

Within a few pages, there is a brief summary calendar overview of important dates – primaries, caucuses, Congressional recess periods, etc.  Following that is an overview of the gubernatorial races and then the senate races.  And finally, there is a more detailed calender of important dates following.

Also, next week I’ll be providing an overview of all of the approvable letters that I was able to locate during 2007, along with some analysis.
