Where the Candidates Stand on Healthcare

Barackobama_3MccainMany regular readers may remember my series last December where I profiled each of the primary candidates stands on healthcare in five domains that would affect the pharmaceutical market place.  That was exhausting.

Now we are down to two candidates.  They agree on some of the issues, such as allowing the importation of drugs and allowing for the government to negotiate prices under Medicare Part D, both of which would significantly change the current market dynamic.  However, on the issue of healthcare reform, they offer different views.

The Kaiser Family Foundation has a  YouTube channel that they opened up a year ago this month.  It is excellent and yet another example of adroit and strategic healthcare migration into the digital space.  As part of their library of healthcare information and data, they have published a collection of discussion points by both candidates.
